Attending this event?
ACES is a BIPOC-centered and led art conference. Our vision is to establish a space for artists of color to celebrate and center ourselves. We are coming together with intentionality to value our work and see one another as resources, while focusing on the challenges and solutions we face as artists of color in the Pacific Northwest.

A reading of original poems by Jaye Ware.

"Art resides deep within the soul; grumbling and stirring things up. It cannot be restrained, contained, or controlled. The Artist is propelled and driven by a yearning inside to express their form of art; a persistence that cannot be ignored or denied. I write and share spoken word in a wide variety of spaces and places because I am compelled. The plays I write tap into and explore a different part of my artistic style that permits more freedom and the inclusion of others in my art and vision."
